Since 2017 when we were first engaged by Laing and Simmons Property Management Double Bay (LSDBPM) we’ve been able to build a strong multi prong digital marketing strategy including social media and email marketing.

The plan was to bring this 25 year old business into the digital age and showcase the longevity of their service in the area as well as the stunning premium properties they represent. Having one of the highest ratios of staff to properties managed in the area, as well as revered customer service, it was important to communicate these significant points of difference to the Sydney eastern suburbs market.

Local affiliation and a prestige association were other key themes that we incorporated in the content strategy, with many of the team living and working in Eastern Suburbs, communicating local experience is essential.

Finally, establishing and showcasing LSDBPM as absolute experts in the property management field was paramount. Informative content for both tenants and landlords is a big part of the communications plan, allowing LSDBPM to consistently position themselves as the most experienced real estate property management agency in the area.
